Return & Refund Policy

At Kripa Krystals, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  • Return or Refund requests, photos shared through WhatsApp, Phone calls etc. will not be accepted.

  • The only acceptable mode is contacting us via email at support@kripakrystals.com.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Products bought during sales, discounts, or clearance promotions

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Digital or downloadable content once accessed


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@kripakrystals.com within 2 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, securely package the item(s) and ship them to the return address provided by our team.


4. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified about the refund status.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For the additional payment gateway surcharges incurred upon the initial order placement will not be refunded. 


5. Exchanges

  • We offer replacements only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • To request an exchange, please immediately email us at support@kripakrystals.com with your order details and a photo/s of the issue.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.


7. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing and shipping your order safely. However, in rare cases where parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong item or any item is missing:

  • Please take photographs immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@kripakrystals.com with your order number and clear photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or guide you through the return/refund process.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us.

  • After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped.

10. Orders Lost in Transit

In rare cases where parcels are lost in transit: If you get a message from Third-Party service provider stating that your order is delivered, however it is not actually delivered or received by you - 

  • For items lost during transit (not marked as delivered), reach out to us immediately and within 24 hours at support@kripakrystals.com with your order number and any relevant communication and/or the tracking details from the delivery service provided as received by you.

  • We will escalate it with our delivery partners and either reship your order or offer a refund/store credit once the claim is verified.
